Pianoforte, Solfeggio, ...

Diplomata in pianoforte al Conservatorio “G.Nicolini” di Piacenza sotto la guida del M° Mario Patuzzi e della prof.ssa Cristina Frosini, ha conseguito il diploma di musicoterapia alla scuola C.E.M.B. di Milano. Ha iniziato gli studi di clavicembalo a Parigi sotto la guida del M° Ilton Wjuniski dove ha ottenuto il I° premio all’unanimità di clavicembalo, basso continuo e musica barocca. Presso il Conservatorio G.Nicolini di Piacenza ottiene la laurea di II livello in clavicembalo, tastiere storiche e musica da camera con il massimo dei voti e la lode sotto la guida della prof.ssa Paola Poncet. Nel 2009 ha conseguito il Diploma di Secondo Livello A031 A032 in Didattica della musica presso il Conservatorio Arrigo Boito di Parma e nel 2015 ha conseguito l’abilitazione di pianoforte A077 nello stesso
Conservatorio. Ha seguito i corsi di perfezionamento al Conservatorio di Ginevra conseguendo il diploma di perfezionamento nella classe di Cristiane Jaccottet. Ha frequentato le Master Class di musica da camera barocca a Porto, all’ EUBO di Maastricht, all’Internazionale Meisterkurse in Svizzera, all’Accademia Musicale di Villecrouze (Francia). Nel 2000 ha frequentato gli stages di basso continuo e orchestrazione barocca sotto la direzione del M° Bob Van Asperen e del M° Jesper Christensen. Dal 2001 al 2004 è stata titolare della classe di clavicembalo all'”Ecole Municipale de musique et danse” di Rouen (Francia), ed è stata clavicembalista dell’orchestra barocca “J.S.Bach” di Rouen. Ha inoltre tenuto una serie di concerti come clavicembalista dell’ensemble barocco ” Les Meslanges” in diverse città della Francia quali Rouen, Caen, Orleans, e nella cappella del castello di Versailles. Nel 2005 è stata pianista accompagnatrice della classe di canto di M.Laura Groppi presso l’Istituto Musicale G.da Palestrina di Castel San Giovanni (Piacenza). E’ collaboratrice esterna come cembalista al Conservatorio G.Nicolini di Piacenza e insegna teoria e solfeggio e musica d’insieme alla scuola di musica Artemusica di Piacenza della quale è vice direttore. Promotrice del progetto musicale “Si fa musica” presso le scuole materne ed elementari sul territorio piacentino. Nel 2016 ha collaborato con l’ensemble Europa Galante al Musikfest Bremen e all’International Music Festival di Varsavia, sia come clavicembalista che al fortepiano. Docente di ruolo in educazione musicale alla scuola secondaria di primo grado di Piacenza.


SILVIA SESENNA – harpsichord

She enrolled at the G.Nicolini Music Conservatory in Piacenza (Italy) at the age of eleven,
where she graduated in piano with the Maestros Cristina Frosini and Mario Patuzzi. In the
meantime, she also graduated in Musicotherapy at C.E.M.B. Institute in Milan (Italy).
When she moved to Paris (France), she started studying harpsichord with the M° Ilton
Wjuniski at the Conservatory C.Debussy where she graduated with honours in harpsichord
and chamber music. At the G.Nicolini Music Conservatory she also completed a two-years
specialisation in harpsichord, historichal keyboards and chamber music taught by M°
Paola Poncet with top marks and honours. In 2009 she graduated a Second Level Diploma
in Musical Teachment (A031 – A032) at the A. Boito Music Conservatory in Parma (Italy),
where she also completed a piano specialisation in 2015. She attended the advanced
courses in Chamber music at the Music Conservatory in Geneva (Suisse) taught by M°
Cristiane Jaccottet. She attended the Chamber Music Master Classes in Porto (Portugal), at
the EUBO in Maastricht (Holland), at the International Meisterkurse in Suisse, at the
Musical Academy in Villecrouze (France). In 2016 she collaborated with the Europa
Galante baroque Ensemble at the Musikfest Bremen (Germany) and at the International
Music Festival in Warsaw (Poland), both as harpsichordist and fortepiano player. In 2000
she attended the continuo and baroque orchestration stages taught by Maestros Bob Van
Asperen and Jester Christensen. From 2001 to 2004 she has been harpsichord teacher at
the “Municipal School of music and dance” in Pont Audemer (France) and harpsichordist
of the “J.S.Bach” Baroque Orchestra of Rouen (France). She has played as harpsichordist
with the Baroque Orchestra “Les meslanges” at various prestigious locations including
Rouen, Caen, Orleans and at the Royal Chapel in Versailles (Paris). In 2005 she performed
as pianist in the lyrical singing class of M° M.Laura Groppi at the Musical Institute G.da
Palestrina in Piacenza (Italy). Promoter of the musical project “Si fa musica” at the
kindergartens and primary schools in Piacenza’s area, nowadays she is external
collaborator at the Musical Conservatory in Piacenza as harpsichordist, she is Deputy
Director of Artemusica Music Academy in Piacenza (Italy), and she is lecturer in music
education at the secondary public school in Piacenza.
